En este sentido, saltarte los d\u00edas de descanso con la intenci\u00f3n de tener resultados m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos, puede ser contraproducente. Concentrar entrenamientos<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Un error muy com\u00fan que comenten, sobre todo las personas que reci\u00e9n comienzan a entrenar, es<strong> concentrar las rutinas y los d\u00edas dedicadas a las mismas a determinadas partes del cuerpo<\/strong>, dejando atr\u00e1s el entrenamiento de otras, (como quienes entrenan solo la parte superior y dejan de lado el entrenamiento de la parte inferior del cuerpo y viceversa). Por eso, es muy importante <strong>hacer cambios en los entrenamientos e incorporar rutinas que permitan trabajar todos los m\u00fasculos del cuerpo, intercalando los d\u00edas<\/strong> para dejar tiempo a los descansos.
