Esto, la mayor\u00eda de las veces, se decide de acuerdo a nuestros tiempos, a la jornada laboral o simplemente, por decisiones en nuestro estado an\u00edmico. As\u00ed, el ritmo cardiaco es una de las variables m\u00e1s importantes que determinar\u00e1, exactamente, cu\u00e1ndo nos sentimos mejor para salir a correr, hacer pesas o jugar alg\u00fan partido de f\u00fatbol. Tambi\u00e9n, es recomendable ejercitarnos alejados de las horas de consumo de alimentos; en ese sentido, la ma\u00f1ana es la indicada. Aunado a todo lo anterior, ejercitarnos al despertar nos crea una rutina que se convierte en una prioridad. A estas horas del d\u00eda la temperatura corporal y nivel hormonal se encuentran en su punto m\u00e1ximo, por lo que, f\u00edsicamente, nuestro cuerpo se encuentra en el mejor lapso. Lo anterior, nos permite exigirnos m\u00e1s y por lo consiguiente, esto se ver\u00e1 reflejado en una mayor resistencia y un incremento en la quema de calor\u00edas.
