The gypsetter prefers not to be called a blogger

One of the things that we like to see on Instagram the most are where our friends travel, to inspire us on our next trips or to escape from our office cubicles for a moment. A few months ago, my friend Eduardo Andrés (also known as “El Gypsetter”, as his name on his website) began to put more dedication on the photos he took in his multiple trips- and began  began to get naked more often, which made him more and more popular and people started to follow him. Now he is one of the most popular travel instagramers, and to each one of the places where he goes, he has an appropriate look. I cant wait for him to go to Japan to see him dressed as a geisha!

“A few months ago I decided to start traveling on my free time to every corner in Mexico, from the most luxurious beaches to the “pueblos magicos” to promote and invite Mexicans and foreigners to know more about our country. I do not consider my job as to be a blogger, but to share my lifestyle with people who have similar interests as mines. “

Many people, including Eduardo Andrés, are annoyed when he gets labeled as a blogger. “Today many people have a different definition to what blogging really is … although yes, I have my own blog where I share one of my great passions, which is traveling.” In other words, he is a blogger.

“It’s an idea that I had for a few years, since I had my small travel agency where I organized graduation trips, honeymoons and where people called me to ask for recommendations.

A couple of years ago I stopped working on it, and decided to share my own experiences and recommendations with everyone”

In addition to El Gypsetter, his travel page, he has “Mi México Lindo”, where he promotes the work of other fellow Mexicans that he admires. “I have never imagined receiving invitations to give talks in schools to motivate students to study abroad and have an international experience.Although it is something new to me, it feels good to know that in some way or another you can get to motivate people through a platform that originally started with just the purpose of sharing my own experiences. Also the fact of traveling allows you to meet people in the world or in your country that have social organizations that support fundraisers and charities, being able to be part of them or simply being able to support them in making their projects known is something I would love to achieve and develop[with the two projects]. “
