Molino “El Pujol”, ranked by Cazador de lo Mejor

Molino “El Pujol” is a small tortillería in Colonia Condesa that works mainly with heirloom corn producers from different states of the country. Chef Enrique Olvera (Pujol) inaugurated this concept in order to offer snacks made from the different varieties of corn that have not been genetically modified, pure corn, the good stuff. El Molino is a perfect place to pick up a few dozen fresh tortillas in the morning and have a warm tamal with an atole while you wait. This tortillería is quite sophisticated, so be prepared to live the experience of a new era of tortillerías.
